Wellness Services

Corrective & Functional Exercise

Evidence-based exercise programs that improve posture, mobility, strength, and balance. We assess functional movement patterns and guide you through exercises that enhance performance and prevent injury

Assisted Stretch Therapy

Hands-on, guided stretching techniques designed to increase flexibility, range of motion, and relaxation. This includes Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), which help improve muscle function, enhance recovery, increase stability, and support injury prevention.

Soft Tissue Wellness Techniques

Gentle, non-medical manual therapies to support circulation and muscle recovery, and relaxation, including:

  • Gua Sha Therapy (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization)

  • Percussive Therapy (vibration-based recovery tools)

  • Dynamic Cupping (silicone or vacuum cups to support blood and lymphatic flow)

  • Trigger Point Wellness Therapy (pressure-based techniques for muscular relief)

Yoga & Mind-Body Practices

Integrative yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness sessions that restore mental clarity, promote flexibility, and reduce physical tension.
